Shipping Policy

All product are READY STOCK, we will process the order and ship out within 1-3 working days upon receive the payment. Working days is within Monday to Friday except public holiday.

Domestic Shipping

West Malaysia : RM 7 for the first 3 KG, RM 1 for each additional KG
East Malaysia : RM 10 for the first 1 KG , RM 15 for 1.5 KG and RM 20 for 2KG

International Shipping
Kindly contact admin for the international courier costing.

All the orders will be using courier service POS LAJU by easyparcel company
Tracking pos laju will be send out by SMS tracking.

Customer also able to track your parcel from : https://track.pos.com.my/postal-services/quick-access/?track-trace

Most of the order will be arrive safely. There will be occasion that parcel delay due to the custom/ transit, weather , post man and etc. Customer is responsible to trace the parcel from the tracking ID that given and follow up for the tracking.

Company will not responsible extra courier charges if there is a return parcel due to any possible reason ( unclaimed, wrong address given, or wrong contact person. ) Customer required to follow up the tracking with the pos laju hotline 1300-300-300 for any resend service.
