Tradisional Dessert: PUDING SAGU
Boiled the 6 cup of water with 3 piece of pandan leaf. After that, put in sago and stir until it boiled.
After boiled , put in the Rose Syrup. And stir it again untill the sago color change to light color off the fire.
Remove the sago and let it run under a cold water. And stir it until the texture become less sticky.
Put the sago into a Tupperware and keep in the fridge for 4 hours.
For the sago sweet sauce, 2 cup of water, gula Melaka, pandan leaf and SweetLAB S5 sweetener , cook it until it melt together . Put a side and let it cool.
When u r ready to eat , just pour the sweet sauce on the sago.
